3. SMS/Text Messaging Program and Mobile Information
By providing your mobile telephone number to Solarity Public Adjusting, you consent to receive text messages from us at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
Types of messages. Messages may include claim status updates, appointment scheduling and reminders, document and signature requests, inspection coordination, and, where you have separately consented, promotional or marketing messages.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on the status of your claim and your interactions with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Solarity does not charge for messages sent or received; charges are those imposed by your wireless carrier.
Opt-out. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message, and you will receive no further text messages unless you re-enroll. You may re-enroll by replying START or by contacting us using the information below.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at the telephone number or email address listed in Section 10, for assistance.
Carrier disclaimer. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
No sharing of mobile opt-in data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information disclosure described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Subcontractors that support our messaging platform (such as our SMS provider) may receive mobile information solely to deliver messages on our behalf, and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell or rent mobile telephone numbers or SMS consent data to any third party.

We retain claim files and related records for the period required by Georgia law governing public adjusters and by applicable insurance, tax, and accounting requirements, and thereafter for so long as necessary for legitimate business purposes.
