Solarity Public Adjusting ("Solarity," "we," "us," or "our") is a public adjusting firm operated by Profitclimb LLC, a Georgia limited liability company located at 3296 Summit Ridge Pkwy, Suite 1520, Duluth, GA 30096. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about visitors to our website and individuals who contact us, request our services, or communicate with us by text message.

Information you provide directly. When you contact us, request a claim evaluation, submit a web form, call us, or engage us as your public adjuster, we may collect:

• Name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number(s)

• Property address and property ownership information

• Insurance carrier name, policy number, and claim number

• Date, cause, and description of the loss

• Photographs, video, estimates, invoices, inspection reports, and other loss documentation

• Mortgage servicer and loan information necessary to process claim proceeds

• Payment and banking information used to disburse or receive claim funds

• Any other information you voluntarily submit to us

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

• IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system

• Pages viewed, referring URLs, and dates and times of access

• Cookie identifiers and similar tracking technology data

Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from insurance carriers, mortgage servicers, contractors, engineers, referral sources, and public records in connection with adjusting your claim.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Evaluate, document, negotiate, and settle property insurance claims on your behalf

• Communicate with you, your insurer, your mortgage servicer, and vendors involved in your claim

• Process and disburse claim proceeds, including obtaining mortgage company endorsements

• Send you service-related text messages, emails, and calls, including claim status updates, appointment confirmations, and document requests

• Respond to inquiries and provide customer support

• Comply with applicable law, including Georgia public adjuster licensing and recordkeeping requirements under O.C.G.A. Title 33

• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security incidents, and unlawful activity

• Operate, maintain, analyze, and improve our website and services

3. SMS/Text Messaging Program and Mobile Information

By providing your mobile telephone number to Solarity Public Adjusting, you consent to receive text messages from us at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

Types of messages. Messages may include claim status updates, appointment scheduling and reminders, document and signature requests, inspection coordination, and, where you have separately consented, promotional or marketing messages.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on the status of your claim and your interactions with us.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Solarity does not charge for messages sent or received; charges are those imposed by your wireless carrier.

Opt-out. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message, and you will receive no further text messages unless you re-enroll. You may re-enroll by replying START or by contacting us using the information below.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at the telephone number or email address listed in Section 10, for assistance.

Carrier disclaimer. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

No sharing of mobile opt-in data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information disclosure described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Subcontractors that support our messaging platform (such as our SMS provider) may receive mobile information solely to deliver messages on our behalf, and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell or rent mobile telephone numbers or SMS consent data to any third party.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information about you:

• To your insurance carrier and its adjusters, examiners, and counsel, as necessary to prosecute your claim

• To your mortgage servicer or lienholder, as necessary to endorse and disburse claim proceeds

• To contractors, roofers, engineers, estimators, restoration vendors, and other professionals engaged in connection with your loss

• To service providers that perform functions on our behalf (document management, claims software, e-signature, accounting, payment processing, IT hosting, and messaging platforms), subject to the mobile information restriction in Section 3

• To attorneys you retain or authorize in connection with your claim

• As required by law, including in response to subpoenas, court orders, regulatory inquiries, or examinations by the Georgia Office of Commissioner of Insurance and Safety Fire

• To protect rights and safety, including to enforce our agreements or investigate suspected fraud

• In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to the restrictions in Section 3

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and evaluate the performance of our advertising. Third-party analytics and advertising providers may set cookies through our site. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some site features may not function properly as a result.

We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

6. Data Retention

We retain claim files and related records for the period required by Georgia law governing public adjusters and by applicable insurance, tax, and accounting requirements, and thereafter for so long as necessary for legitimate business purposes. SMS consent records are retained for the period required to demonstrate compliance with applicable messaging regulations.

7. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

• Text messages. Reply STOP to opt out, as described in Section 3.

• Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. You will continue to receive transactional messages relating to your claim.

• Access, correction, and deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We may retain information where required by law or where necessary to service an active or closed claim file.

Residents of states with applicable comprehensive privacy statutes may have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccuracies, and the right to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 10.

9. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
