Meet Milagros.
Milagros Jacome is a Georgia public adjuster with Solarity, a wife, and a mother of two. She loves helping people and is passionate about representing policyholders during the uncertainty that follows a serious property loss.
A home holds the routines that make family life feel familiar: getting the children ready, sharing a meal, and having a place to come back to at the end of the day. As a parent and spouse, Milagros understands why the disruption of those routines matters. A conversation about damaged property is also a conversation about the people whose lives have been interrupted.
Helping people through an unfamiliar situation.
After a fire or another catastrophic loss, the questions can arrive all at once. Where will the family stay? What should be photographed? What needs to be saved? How do you explain what happened to the insurance company while trying to get through the day?
Milagros is drawn to helping people in that situation. Her passion for representing claimants starts with listening to their concerns and recognizing how much they are carrying. She wants people to have room to ask questions, explain what matters to them, and take part in the decisions ahead.
Representing the person behind the claim.
Public adjusting is the work of representing the policyholder in a property insurance claim. With Solarity, that work includes documenting damage, organizing contents information, coordinating with contractors, and communicating with the insurance carrier.
For Milagros, the purpose of that work is personal: helping someone describe a loss clearly and understand the issues that still need attention. A damaged room, a list of belongings, or a request from the insurer can each raise questions that deserve a careful conversation.
Practical help while life is disrupted.
Solarity’s approach connects claim work with the immediate needs a major loss can create. For displaced households, that can include help securing an emergency hotel stay or temporary housing, alongside damage documentation and support with additional living expenses.
The goal is to make the next steps easier to understand: what information is needed, which questions remain open, and what needs attention now. Coverage and payment depend on the policy and the circumstances of the loss.
Start with what is worrying you most.
You do not need to have every document organized before starting a conversation. Tell us what happened, what the insurer has said so far, and what feels most urgent. If you have photographs, an estimate, or a recent letter from the carrier, those can help explain where things stand.
Milagros’ passion for helping people is at the heart of how she wants claimants to feel: listened to, supported, and able to ask the questions that matter to their family. Solarity currently provides public adjusting services in Georgia. If you are dealing with a property loss there, our team can talk with you about your situation and how we may be able to help.
